嘉通CS系列精密四柱自动平衡液压裁断机
Precise 4-Column Auto-Balance Hydraulic Cutting Machine
本系列机型有：30T 35T 40T 60T 80T 100T 150T 200T
产品特性：
◆双油缸，精密四柱，双连杆自动平衡结构，确保上下工作台面平衡精度，保证每个裁断点受力相同。
◆采用进口液压系统和台湾，日本电器配套，省电，操作简单，高效发挥工作效率。
◆两级加压，上工作板下压至裁刀时转柔性切断，使裁断层次之间没有尺寸误差。
◆特有设定构造，附微调保护装置，灵活调设裁断高度和裁断力度，能延长刀模和裁断板的使用寿命。
◆主轴采用中央自动循环润滑系统，无人工疏忽打油而使机件损坏顾虑，更有效确保机器耐用度。
MAIN FEATURES
◆Double cylinder,precise four-column,double automatic balance connecting rod structure, to ensure balance accuracy of up and down working table-board,ensure each cutting point force is same.
◆Adopts imported hydraulic system and Taiwan,Japan electric mating,save electricity,small noise,simple operation,high work efficiency.
◆Two-stage pressurizing,flexibility cutting when the working plate fast down press to cutting knife, no size error between the cutting material layers.
◆Specially set structure and attach fine-adjustment protection device,flexible adjustments height and force of cutting,can prolong service life of cutting die and cutting rubber board.
◆Main shaft adopts center automatic lubrication system to free operator from the worry of negligent lubrication and basic part damage,can effectively ensure machine durability.
