本系列机型有:30T 35T 40T 60T
产品特性
◆双油缸液压系统，精密四柱，双连杆自动平衡连杆结构，确保上下工作台面平面精度，保证每一个裁断点受力相同。
◆PLC触摸屏控制系统，操作简单快捷，自动化程度高。
◆可单或双工位设计，前后工位可独立控制操作，实现一机同时冲切两两种不同高度的刀模，令生产效率提高至2倍。
◆线性滑轨，伺服电机控制，摆杆推动送料板往返式送料，送料进退精准平稳，轻巧无声。
◆整体冲裁区域内动态冲切重复精度：±0.05mm，设备运行噪音：≤60分贝。
◆裁断工作区域有安全光栅保护装置，CE安全标准，安全性高。
◆特设油路系统外置，安装冷却装置，散热充分，模切压力更稳定，令机器更经久耐用。
◆适用于电子材料PET、铜箔、铝箔、保护膜、麦拉片等半切或全切的各种精密元件冲压成型。

◆Can be single or double station design，front and back station can independent control operation，realize two different height cutting mould of punching and cutting use a machine，production efficiency can be increased to 2 times。
◆Linear sliding rail，control by servo motor，swinging rod push feed plate to driving and reversing，feeding driving and reversing，feeding driving and reversing steady，lightweight and tranquility。
◆dynamic punching repeat precision within overall punching area：±0.05mm，operation noise of equipment：≤60db
◆The cutting work area equipped with safety grating protection device，CE safety standards and most safety。
