一、产品介绍   Product Introduction

1、产品标准Product Standards

本产品按GB/T12572-2008《额定电压0.6/1kV及以下架空绝缘电缆》及IEC60502《额定电压1-30kV挤包绝缘电力电缆及附件》等标准制造。

The product is manufactured in compliance with GB/T12527-2008《Aerial insulated cables of ratedvoltages up to and including1kv》and IEC60502《Extruded solid dielectric power cables for rated voltagesfrom 1kv to30kv》

2、使用特性Operating characteristics

   2.1 额定电压Rated voltage (U₀/U): 0.6/1kV

 2.2电缆导体的允许长期工作不超过温度Max.long-run working temperature：

聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯绝缘架空导线：70℃；PVC、PE insulated aerial cables: 70℃;

 交联聚乙烯绝缘架空导线：90℃； XLPE insulated aerial cables: 90℃.

2.3短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体允许温度应不超过：

          聚氯乙烯绝缘架空导线：160℃；

聚乙烯绝缘架空导线：130℃；

交联聚乙烯绝缘架空导线：250℃

  Mas.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed：

    PVCinsulated aerial cables:160℃；

PEinsulated aerial cables:130℃；

XLPEinsulated aerial cables:250℃.

2.4电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于-20℃。

 The installation ambient temperature should not below-20℃.

2.5电缆的允许弯曲半径：

电缆外径D小于25mm时，应不大于电缆外径的4倍。

  电缆外径D等于或大于25mm时，应不大于电缆外径的6倍。

The bending radius of cable is recommended as follows;                     

When the diameter of cables less than 25mm: not less than 4times the diameter of cables;

When the diameter of cables less than 25mm: not less than 6times the diameter of cables;

2.6当电缆使用于交流系统时，电缆的额定电压至少应等于该系统的额定电压；当电缆使用于直流系统时，该系统的额定电压应不大于电缆额定电压的1.5倍。

When the cables use in alternating current system, rated voltage of cables should be at least equal the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in direct current system,rated voltage of the system should benot greater than 1.5times of the rated voltage of the cables.

K：承载芯 K: weight bearing core

  1、成卷或成盘电缆应卷绕整齐，妥善包装；电缆盘应符合JB/T8137-1999的规定；电缆端头应可靠密封，伸出盘外的电缆端头应加保护罩，伸出长度小于300mm。  2、电缆包装上应附有标签标明：制造厂名称、型号、规格、额定电压、长度、质量、制造日期、标准编号或认证标识、电缆盘正确旋转方向等内容。  3、运输一般采用车辆、船舶形式，运输时必须将电缆牢靠的固定，以免互撞或翻倒造
