TZ-MS Soldering Fluid Mixing Machine Operation Principle
含有行星真空搅拌机和翻转桶两组机构,搅拌机工作中两支平行的搅拌桨按设定的固定旋转比例运转,沿搅拌桶公转的同时亦快速自转,同时搅拌桶内有随公转同步运转的回旋刮刀不停旋转,使物料由搅拌桶内壁移动到搅拌桨附近。搅拌器的运转方向与公转可同向亦可逆向,达到不同剪切目的。搅拌桨为变频调速,可根据生产工艺自定转速。
翻转桶工作时与搅拌盖密封,工作完成后可与搅拌盖分开,并沿翻转轴心进行倾桶出料(翻转角度范围0-90度)。

Rolling-over Bucket is Hermetic Sealed with Mixing Cover when working and can be separated from Mixing Cover when finished, the bucket can discharge the materials by turning along the axis (The turning angle is 0-90 Degree).
