单螺杆泵概述

单螺杆泵性能参数

●单螺杆泵的工作原理:是单线螺旋的转子在双线螺旋的定子孔内绕定子轴线作行星回转时,转子与定子副之间形成的密闭腔就连续的、匀速的、容积不变的将介质从吸入端输送到压出端。由于这种巧妙的工作原理,使得单螺杆泵具有一般性泵的通用性能外其最显著的特点是:
1、可输送高粘度的介质。根据泵规格的大小不同,介质的最高粘度可为200000厘泊。
2、可输送含固体颗粒、磨削颗粒和纤维的介质。其含量一般可高达40%,当介质中所含固体为粉末状细微颗粒时,最高可达70%,根据泵的大小不同允许介质中所含固体颗粒粒径最大为2毫米——40毫米。
3、输出的液体连续均匀、压力稳定、搅动小,对敏感性的液体不会发生任何成分的改变。
4、流量与转速之间为简单的正比关系。可通过调节转速进行流量的调节,配上变速的电动机,可成为变量泵。
5、压力能随输出管道阻力自动调节。在0-36(公斤/厘米2)压力之间,用户很容易调到所需的压力。这样既节能,又避免压力太高或太低而影响工艺流程。
6、结构简单、更换配件及日常维修比较方便。
与其它类型泵相比较:和离心泵相比,单螺杆泵不需要装阀门,而流量是稳定的线性流动。和柱塞泵相比,单螺杆泵具有更好的自吸能力,吸上高度可达8.5米水柱。和隔膜泵相比,单螺杆泵可输送各种混合杂质,含有气体及固体颗粒或纤维的介质,也可输送各种腐蚀性物质。和齿轮泵相比,单螺杆泵可输送更高粘度的介质。与柱塞泵、隔膜泵及齿轮泵不同的是,单螺杆泵可用于药剂填充和计量。
●单螺杆泵的特点和具体使用
螺杆泵因其可变量输送、自吸能力强、可逆转、能输送含固体颗粒的液体,螺杆泵的流量与转速成线性关系等特点,适用于我单位的喷雾干燥作业流水线的输送恒压恒流料液到高速离心雾化器,均匀雾化确保产品品质。如果在设计选型方面考虑不周,会给以后的使用、管理、维修带来麻烦,所以选用的一台按生产实际需要,合理可靠的螺杆泵既能保证生产顺利进行,又可降低维护和检修成本。
●存在的问题
原流水线生产厂家配置的是小型直流电机,由可控硅控制转速,利用可控硅的相位角导通来形成不同的电压斩波来控制直流电机的转速,控制器内部建立电压负反馈,无速度负反馈装置,仪表上显示的实际上是个电压模拟量,虽然有波动但不影响正常使用。但由于产品是粉尘性的,该粉尘颗粒具有吸湿性,和粘性。而小型直流电机通风是电机未端风扇导入空气至电机磁级冷却的,电机内部数个工作日内就可以积聚很多粉尘,由于该粉尘是具有吸湿性导致电机漏电,频繁损坏可控硅调速控制器,由于其具有的粘性,电刷部分几天就要清洁一次,否则一旦电刷粘在电刷架上,由于该泵无速度负反馈,而是电压负反馈,操作工明明看到转速表还是在原来位置,其实料泵已经停转了,而设备温度由于没有料液输送在往上串,即使把料泵控制速度开到最大,也无济于事。造成原料的浪费和产品的得率下降。影响企业的经济效益和职工的产量考评。
●单螺杆泵的结构决不允许在断料的情形下运转,一经发生,橡胶定子由于干磨擦,瞬间产生高温而烧坏。在车间里料夜是直接从来菌器中过来接到料泵的进口的处,中间有一段距离,实际操作中依靠操作工的经验判断来操作的。但是生产过程中料管堵塞,脱落这显然是难以避免的。所以必须在硬件上保证机器不空转和干转。以避免损失。
●单螺杆泵是一种容积式回转泵,当出口端受阻以后,压力会逐渐升高,以至于超过预定的压力值。此时电机负荷急剧增加。传动机械相关零件的负载也会超出设计值,严重时会发生电机烧毁、传动零件断裂。事实证明此类故障会导致螺杆泵机械急剧寿命缩短。
解决办法
单螺杆泵的实际使用情况是客观不容改变的,而直流电动机的特性,有电刷,内冷却,和我单位的产品的吸湿性,粘性的粉尘的特性是相抵触的。所以直流电动机并不适用于我单位的工况,只有通过升级改造才能根治。就目前而言,只有变频和电磁调速电动机可以平稳的调速满足使用要求,和直接代换。而变频投入大,性价比不好,电气改造费用大,稍有不慎会导致省电不省钱。而电磁高速电动机价格便宜,结构简单,维修方便。根据我厂的实际使用情况和本着优质高效的原则,优先采用滑差调速电动机,由于滑差电动机的原动力是普通三相鼠笼型电动机,其风扇是外冷的,能有效阻止粉尘进入电机内部线圈,而滑差部分结构简单,清洗容易,通过滑差部分转子和定子上涂上黄油等辅助手段,使料泵正常工作时间大为提高。而滑差电机控制器是速度负反馈,其实速度是轴伸端的三相测速发电机送回转速表的。转速指示是真实有效的。大大方便了操作,和提高了设备的稳定性。有利于保证产品合格率和品质。通过更换后的使用说明,这是达到改进要求的。
2.2 根据料液进口过长的实际情况,用在料泵前加一级前置储罐的方法,并在此增加一道过滤程序,防止进口和出口的双堵,亦方便操作工目测观察掌握料液的实际情况。通过在螺杆泵上安装断料停机装置,当发生断料时,由于螺杆泵其有自吸功能的特性,腔体内会产生真空,真空装置会使螺杆泵停止运转。通过电接点的真空压力表的连锁触点断开相关的喷头,燃烧器,油泵等辅助负载,提醒操作工设备发生故障。减少因操作失误而导致损失的可能和提高产品得率有着显著的效果。
2.3 料液的化学特性容易发生沉淀和积聚,输送过程中料液要通过管子输送到8米高的干燥塔顶端,而管子未端和设备的对接口急剧变窄,容易引起堵塞,根据单级料泵的输送压力为0.6MP的特点。在出口端安装电接点压力表,这个表的目的是防止人为的损坏情况发生,因为操作工有时候为了避免检修而影响下班的时间,通常在有堵塞的情况下,通过增加料泵的转速来完成本班的任务。轻者由于转速加快,加剧了定子橡胶,和转子机械的磨损,严重的时候管子爆裂。通过出口电接点压力表的安装,能在故障未扩大时,及时的切断相关的设备,保证设备安全运行。经实际使用,达到改进的效果。也提高了易损件使用的寿命,产生了良好的经济效益。
2.4 通过以上改造证明设备的可靠性和生产连续性得到了很大的提高,因为料泵是生产过程中丝丝相扣一环,损坏会造成生产的全面停顿和产品得率下降,通过以上的系列改造,从以前的一点没有规律的不知道什么时候会坏,不知道什么地方会坏,到现在的定期检修和保养,真正做到了防患于未燃,有效的保障了生产的连续进行和设备的正常运行。作为一个直接为生产一线服务的工作人员,通过自己的所学的知识,和经验积累,解决生产过程中遇到的实际问题,即能实现自我价值,提高企业的生产效率和经济效益。也深得一线员工的好评,而他们的反馈意见也是我改进的源泉所在,而机器正常了,得率高了,产量也高了,他们任务完的也好了,自然这也是关系到他们的收入的。通过举一反三,灵活机动的解决了流水线上其它影响设备安全正常运行的故障。确保工厂的电气和机械设备的安全正常运行。
