详细说明： 适用于电工电子产品，家用电器的固体电器绝缘材料及其产品，如：继电器插座、转换开关盖、 接触器躯体等，模拟电器产品受潮湿和变质环境的影响下，不同极性带电部件之间或带电部件与 接地金属之间可能会引起绝缘上的漏电，产生电弧对电器造成擎穿短路或由于放电使材料蚀损， 进行对绝缘体的一种破坏性试验，用以测量和评定在规定电压下，绝缘体在电场和含变质水作用 时的相对耐漏电起痕性 技术参数。 采用巨形铂电极，两极对试样的作用力分别为1.0N±0.05N。施加电压在100~600V（48~60Hz）之 间可调，短路电流在1.0±0.1A时，电压下降应不超过10%，当试验回路中，短路漏电电流≥0.5A时， 时间维持秒钟，继电器动作，切段电流，指示试品不合格。滴液装置时间常数可调，控制滴 液量大小44~55滴/CM和滴液时间间隔30±5秒。 It applies to electrical and electronic products，the solid electrical insulation materials and products of  household electrical appliances，such as the relay socket，the switch covered and the contactor boby and so on。The simulating electrical products are under the influence of wet and impurities environment， then among different polarity components or between the charged part and the grounding metal may cause the leakage on the insulation，resulting short circuit caused by electrical arc or material corrosion caused by discharge。Carrying on the destructive test of insulators to measure and assess under the required voltage， the relative leakage tracking resistance of insulators in the condition that electric and impurities containing water react。 Technical parameters Uses the rectangular platinum electrode，and the action force of the two polars to the sample are respectively  1.0N±0.05N。The ied voltage is adjustable between 100~600V（48~60Hz）。When the short- circuit current is in the range of 1.0±0.1A，the voltage drop should not exceed 10%。In the test circuit， when the short-circuit leakage current is ≥0.5A，the time maintains seconstant of trickle device is ad justable，the precise cool of liquid droplet size is 44to55drops/CM3 and liquid droplets time interval is 30±5 seconds。
