详细说明： 产品特点 本机用以测试瓦楞纸箱或包装容器，其能负荷多重之压力或静压时间。 结构原理 本机采用机电一体化设计，主要由测力感测器、变送器、微处理器、 负荷驱动机构、电脑及彩色喷墨印表机构成。高精度电子调速电动机 可设置五档试验速度。各集成构件间均采用插接方式联接。落地式机 型，造型涂装均充分考量了现代工业设计，人体工程学之相关原则。 功能与作用 电脑全程控制并显示试验全过程、曲线、微机自动传输试验设置与试 验资料。用户可按各自要求个性试验报告，输出标准报告。通过对成 组试验曲线的叠加分析，可准确掌握质量调控参数。多方式的资料查 询功能，可使管理者清晰把握质量控制发展变化趋势。特别设计的软 体功能更能使试验者定量掌握试验材料应用过程中关键点的状态参数， 准确进行工艺调整与生产控制。 JB-611 Series packing compression testing machine Product Features: This machine is used to test the load or the static presure resistance time.Of  corrugated boxes or packaging containers Structure principle This machine uses the design of electromechanical integration,mainly constituted by the force-measuring sensor,transmitter,computer processors, load drive mechanism,the computer and a color inkjet printer.The high accuracy variable speed motor may establish the stepless testing speed. Between each integrated compinent it uses the joint way of peg grafting. The console-model type and the modeling painting are fully considered the modern industry design,ergonomics and other relevant principles.
