TD-631黑四氟割裂丝盘根，该盘根高强度的四氟网状纤维经石墨微粉的特殊处理，该盘根比一般传统的石墨（黑）四氟线含油更多的石墨颗粒，具有极好的自润滑及导热性，其特牲优于TD-640，盘根致密，有着较高的截面密度，但表面有石墨颗粒，不易用于忌污染的场合，适用于大多数的化学介质.
The packing Made of high strength PTFE filament pretreated with graphite impregnation. The packing contains more graphite content compared with normal G_PFFE, it has very low friction and good thermal conductivity of graphite, The characteristics are similar toTD-640, just has cross-sectional density, and some particles of graphite on surface. it almost suits for most of chemical media.
适应于泵、阀、往复泵、旋转轴、混合机、搅拌器等，尤其适合于那些普通四氟及黑四氟盘根不能胜任的高线速度及温度的场合。能安全使用于除熔化碱金属、氟溶液、发烟酸及其它强氧化性介质以外的一切化工泵，也适合于水、蒸汽、植物油、溶剂等介质。
Suitable for pumps, valves, reciprocating and rotating shafts, mixers and agitators. Especially designed for services involving surface speeds and temperature higher than those normally specified for pure PTFE packings. Can be safely used in all chemical pump applications with the exception of molten alkali metals, fluoride, fuming nitric acid and other strong oxidizing agents. It is also against water, steam, petroleum derivatives, vegetable oil and solvents.
