关于进出口尼日利亚货物单证操作的特别规定
根据尼日利亚港口当局发布的最新通知，从2010年1月11日（以提单日期为准）开始，所有进出口尼日利亚港口的货物在装船前都必须取得一个货物跟踪单（Cargo Tracing Note），并且在提单上注明货物跟踪单的号码。因此，请各地代理严格执行通知内容，在订舱时要求客户提供货物跟踪单号码，否则不接受货物，并且将该号码在提单和舱单上注明。附件是尼日利亚港口当局的通知原文，请参考并将内容告知客户。
Special rule on cargo importing or exporting Nigeria
A notice was issued by Nigerian Ports Authority. It requires that, from 11th Jan., 2010（B/L date）, all cargo destined for or out of Nigeria (Import/Export) should obtain a Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) prior of shipment and every bill of lading has to be accompanied by a corresponding CTN number.
Therefore, all agents concerned shall perform according to this notice. For all cargo destined for or out of Nigeria, please kindly ask the customers to offer the CTN number, otherwise the booking shall be refused. Then, the corresponding CTN number should be indicated both on the manifest and the bill of lading.
Attached please see the notice from the Nigerian Ports Authority and advise our customers involved.
