塑美热流道温控器采用智能模糊控制技术及软启动功能，可确保塑料熔体的温度变化精确控制在±1℃范围之内。即使在热电偶已经损坏的情况下，将全自动模式变成手动模式，通过改变功率比控制模式加热，使模具得以继续生产。
Temperature controller of SM hot runner system applies intelligent fuzzy control technology and soft start, which can ensure to precisely control the temperature variation of plastic melt within ±1℃. Even when the thermocouple was damaged, it can turn the full automatic mode into manual mode to control the mode heating by changing power ratio, continuing the mould production.
