Horizontal metal baling press machine
适用于金属铁丝、铝丝、不锈钢丝、薄废铁片、钢刨花、边角料等挤压成正方形或长方形,以降低运输和冶炼成本.
Suit for compressing steel wires, Aluminum wires, stainless wires, waste thin iron scraps, steel paring or leftover material etc to be square or quadrate, after compressed & baling then much more suitable for transportation or metallurgy.
本设备是专业压缩各类有色金属丝状或块状的物料,如钢刨花、冲孔边料、易拉罐、废铁片.本设备采用液压驱动,可选择手动控制或电控型,压缩室四周及前方进料闸门附加耐磨钢板确保经久耐用,出包果方式有翻包、前出包、侧出包三种形式,推挤压力从100吨至200吨可供选择,是金属回收厂、冶炼厂以及金属加工厂的理想设备.
The product mainly use for compressing the metal wires or steel paring, leftover materials of punched holes scrap, cans, waste iron scraps etc. The product with the hydraulic drive design, can be chosen by manual or electrical controlling, its material’s chamber which four sides & the ahead material inlet strobe with the additional hard steel to guarantee for longer life-span. The discharge for bales including to discharge the bale by overturn, and forward to discharge and discharge the bale by side which 3 types, the jundieding pressure from 100Tong to 200Tons could be for choice, shall be the better equipment for the metal recycling factories, metallurgy factories and metal machining factories etc.
