密闭式炼胶机
一、设备的用途
密炼机主要用于橡胶或塑料的塑炼、混炼和终炼。
二、结构特点
1、转子形式多样化，能满足不同的炼胶工艺要求，可根据需要选配。
2、转子、密炼室、卸料门、压砣等均可通水循环冷却，冷却面积大；并可配备水温控制系统，能有效的保证所炼各种胶料的质量稳定。
3、转子表面、密炼室内壁、卸料门工作表面、压砣及其它与胶料接触的工作表面均堆焊耐磨硬质合金或镀硬铬，提高耐磨性。
4、转子端面密封装置采用液压式密封，密封比压可调，密封可靠。
5、上顶栓采用气动或液压驱动，可实现对胶料的恒压控制。
6、下顶栓采用下落式卸料，卸料门采用齿条齿轮及液压油缸驱动，运行平稳、可靠，开闭时间短；采用曲拐式锁紧，通过液压油缸驱动，锁紧力强，自锁性好，密封好。
7、传动系统多样化，具有传动平稳，噪音低，寿命长等优点。其结构形式及速度可根据用户炼胶工艺选配。
8、控制系统采用PLC，具有手动和自动功能，操作方便，抗干扰能力强，并具有安全可靠的信号检测、反馈功能，能有效地控制炼胶质量，保证设备正常运行。其控制方式分时间、温度、时间温度兼控等多种。另外，可根据用户的要求制作。
Rubber Internal Mixer
1. Application
The machine is mainly used for mixing and plasticating of rubber or plastics.
2. Construction Features
⑴ Different type of rotors can satisfy the mixing technical requirement.
⑵ Rotor chamber, discharge door and ram are circulation-cooled. with TCU, it can guarantee the quality of mixed rubber compound.
⑶ Touch surface of rotor, chamber, discharge door, ram and others contacting with mixing rubber is plated with chrome or wear-resistant hard metal.
⑷ Hydraulic type sealing structure guarantees the closed grain of the adhesive materials.
⑸ Upper ram is hydraulic or pneumatic pressure type, which can control the press continuously.
⑹ The floating weight is falling type, driven by gear and hydraulic oil tank with good sealing performance.
⑺ Various driving system matchs the customers’ requirement.
⑻ Control system is adopted with PLC system.
