工作原理：

   本机组利用活动齿轮盘和固定齿盘间的相对运动,使物料经齿冲击、摩擦及物料彼此间冲击而获得粉碎。粉碎好的物料经旋转离心力的作用，自动进入捕集袋，粉尘由吸尘箱经布袋过滤回收，该机按“GMP”标准设计，全部用不锈钢材料制造，生产过程中无粉尘飞扬。且能提高物料的利用率，降低企业成本，目前已达国际先进水平。

Operating Principle:

      By means of relative motion between movable and fixed fluted discs,material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth and impact among the material.Well-crushed material runs to the catcher automatically by the rotarycentrifugal force.Dusts are collected through the collector box and get filtered to recycle.The machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel.There is no dust in the air during the crushing process.It not only improves the utilization rate of the material but also reduce the company cost.Its performance is up to the international advanced level.
