Dasen (Tianjin) Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009, for applying and completing of “high-tech 863 Program(domestication for raw materials of megawatt wind turbine blades)” issued by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million yuan and operating period of 30 years. Dasen Company was designated by KFG (2010) file No. 569 Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC as a research & production & Supply Company of epoxy resin structural and structural adhesive in “domestication for raw materials of megawatt wind turbine blades.
The company, introduced the most advanced epoxy technology in developed countries and patented product - production equipment and batch production technology for nanometer reinforcing and toughening liquid, and cooperated with the research teams of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other research institutes to set up a domestic first-class level research team, among which including 2 persons of national expert database, 11 professors and doctors. Through painstaking research and absorption of foreign advanced epoxy technology and further innovation, a high performance epoxy resin system has been by applied by aerospace fiber / resin matching principle, its physical, mechanical and process performance targets are reached and exceeded similar products at home and abroad, and have a very good match with the domestic glass fiber, carbon fiber, basalt fiber and imported fibers.
The company boasts a remote monitoring automated production line of the epoxy resin, epoxy curing agent and epoxy structural adhesive, with an annual output of 140,000 tons for the epoxy resin; 10,000 tons of epoxy structural adhesive; and 40,000 tons of unsaturated polyester resin. It can not only meet the requirements of "GKFG (2010) document No. 569" issued by Ministry of Science and Technology--- realizing localization of epoxy resin and epoxy structural adhesive for megawatt wind turbine blades in whole China (i.e. all epoxy resin and epoxy structural adhesive required by the production of wind turbine blades in China), but also widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding production, machinery, architecture, petroleum, chemical and other industries. The epoxy resin researched and produced and supplied by Dasen has been awarded with only "invention patent certificate" of China's wind turbine blade epoxy issued by State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC, the only "invention patent certificate" of epoxy structural adhesive in China, and GL certificate issued by German Lloyd and ISO9001 quality management system certification, etc.
