一、 用途

卸料阀系统主要用在生料均化库、水泥库，作为库底、库侧卸料装置。它可截断库的料流，且对卸料量进行控制的一套系统，整个系统由闸板阀、（承料箱）、开关阀及流量调节阀这几个部分组成，用户可以根据需要，可以全套选用，也可单独选用其中一台设备，作为粉状物料的截流装置或卸料量控制装置。

 bottom silo discharge valve device is mainly used in raw material and even silo, cement silo, is used as bottom silo and side silo discharge device. It can cut off material flow of silo and is a set of system of controlling discharge volume. It is composed of flashboard valve, material case and flow control valve. The user can select all or one according to the fact condition. It is used as cut-off device of powder material or control device of discharge volume.

Discharge device of bottom silo is composed of flashboard valve, switch valve and flow adjust valve. Please see appendix drawing.

三、 安装

Ⅳ。.Installation

闸板阀、开关阀、承料箱、流量调节阀一般组装后供货，并已加好润滑油脂，现场组装各部件时，若发现有脏物必须清理干净后才能组装。

Supply them after flashboard valve, switch valve, material case and flow adjust valve is installed, and add some grease. If there is dirty, clean them and install at site. 

首先安装闸板阀，要求闸板阀位置准确，如是库底卸料阀则需保持水平，开启灵活，在组装承料箱前需将出口盖板去掉，然后将承料箱进料口与闸板阀进料口之间用螺栓连接，承料箱进口法兰需保持水平。气动开关闭阀组装后必须动作灵活，不得卡阻，气动开关阀的卸料口与流量阀进口相连，两个法兰之间设有垫片，加强密封。各部件组装时需保持透气层的干燥、清洁、平整，斜槽工作面的斜度为6°，流量阀安装后需保证阀芯转动灵活，无卡阻现象，各紧固件必须拧紧，保持系统密封。

First install flashboard valve, the position of flashboard valve should be correct and keep in level. Before installing material case put away outlet cover plate. The connection between inlet of material case and inlet of flashboard is used bolt. Keep inlet flange of material case in level. After pneumatic on-off valve is installed, it must be nimble and no blockage. The connection of discharge pneumatic on-off valve and discharge groove, between two flanges has spacer and increase sealing. When installing all parts, keep ventilated layer dry, clean and level. Work slope of air slide is six degree. Discharge of air slide is through inlet seat of flow valve and connected with flow valve. After flow valve is installed, valve core must be nimble and no blockage. All tightened parts must tighten and keep system sealing.
