楔块超越离合器用异形楔块代替滚柱作为楔紧件,是用楔块和内、外滚道组成摩擦副的一种离合器。当内环、外环与楔块间无相对运动,转向相同,转速相等,才能传递转矩,否则均为相对滑动,这种不传递转矩的滑动状态称为超越。楔块超越离合器主要有基本型、无内环型和带轴承型。其连接形式分为键连接、齿轮连接、带轮连接、链轮连接、螺栓连接等。
