双油缸无线遥控抓斗

遥控抓斗通过打开和关闭主油缸电磁阀来控制遥控抓斗的开闭，当滑移块下滑至下承梁，滑移块与下承梁连为一体，抓斗可抓取货物。当需要打开抓斗时，按遥控发射器，控制电磁阀得电，液压系统油路打开，滑移块与下承梁分离，抓斗打开释放货物。同时滑移块上移与上承梁相碰压紧，延时一段时间后关闭电磁阀，为下次作业做好准备。

board go down along the hydraulic vat with the piston of the cylinder, when the moving board touch the stroke switch on the down roof beam, the stroke switch stop the electromagnetism valve to stop the hydraulic oil . The hook of the crane goes up with moving board and down roof beam, to make the grab close.

Press the radio switch, send the message to the receiver, then the electro magnetism valve open the hydraulic circuit system, the hydraulic vat was extended because of the gravity of goods and down roof beam, the down roof beam was separated from moving board, to make the grab open , and the grab

can do the next closing cycle.
