塑料的老化是由于在加工、储存、使用的条件下而使其性能发生的一种变化现象。具体表现为：软化、发粘、变硬、龟裂、黄变、脆化等，老化主要方式有：热空气老化、臭氧老化、氙灯老化、紫外老化。
