聚氨酯屋面防水涂料防水失败的原因

1、材料劣质化：由于市场上防水材料价格竞争，导致很多国内聚氨酯材料生产厂商在屋面隔热防水材料上偷工减料，这将使防水材料自己性能降落，导致防水失败。

2、底层未清洁干净：由于在防水施工之前，必须将基面清洁干净，且尽量不要有粉尘与松动物质，否则就会出现防水层与下层黏结不牢固的征象，留下渗漏隐患。

3、底层有水气：由于聚氨酯防水涂料为油性的彩钢屋面防水材料，山西彩钢瓦，所以在施作前必须确认基面是否干燥，否则防水做完后，水气被包裹在里面，经由日照转换成巨大力量的蒸汽，将造成聚氨酯防水层的剥离。

1、下层要求：用切隔机将伸缩缝两边各50cm处切开（防止打錾时损坏相邻的大理石），然后将切隔处和伸缩缝之间的大理石及砂浆层打掉，直到下层（混凝土楼板面）清理干净。
