特点及用途
SJSZ系列锥形双螺杆挤出机，配以相应的模具和辅机，可将各种热塑性塑料特别是硬聚氯乙烯粉料直接挤出成管、板、片、膜及异型材等，也可完成对各种塑料的改性及粉料造粒过程，本机采用交流电机，可控无级调速，设有过载保护和故障报警，螺杆芯部油循环，机筒油冷却，并装有真空排气装置和定量喂料装置。
本机主要供挤出软、硬聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯等热塑性塑料之用，它与相应的辅机（包括成型机头）配合，可加工多种塑料制品，如膜、管、板、丝、带、电缆绝缘层及中空制品等，亦可用于造粒。本机设计先进，产量高，塑化好，能耗低，采用硬齿面齿轮传动，具有噪音低，运转平稳，承载力大，寿命长等特点。
Features and application
The series extruders with appropriate die-mould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especial PVC powder into pipe,plate,sheet.film and profile,and also provide function of modifying and pelleting.The extruders are derived by A.C motor with a thruster to steepless regulate.It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system.The screws core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil,it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
