隧道灭菌适用于各种抗生素西林瓶，安瓿瓶，口服液、直管粉针玻璃瓶及各种玻璃容器的干燥灭菌。机组内外全部采用优质不锈钢制造，加热器同时采用不锈钢电加热管，机组有中效过滤器、耐高温高效过滤器。取风口、冷却段和进口段均装有100级高效过滤器，以保证100级层流净化。传动系统采用无级调速，使输送带达到生产产量及灭菌时间要求。SD-HS-25为制药、食品、化工等行业大生产中必不可少的一部分。
