KF-15型设备专用于口服液的灌装和封口，有自动进瓶、灌装、上内塞封盖、出瓶等组成。可根据客户要求配装蠕动泵，采用电脑控制。
　　该机缺瓶不灌装、倒瓶自动停机，灌装有回流装置，不滴漏，是目前口服液制品最理想的灌装设备。   主要性能特点：
  • 采用蠕动泵灌装、灌装量准确，无滴漏。
  • 活塞泵采用 316L 不锈钢材料，符合 GMP 要求。
  • 三刀旋转轧盖，不伤盖。

ST-KF-15equipment is used for the filling and closing-over of oral-taken liquid specially , composing of auto-bottle-in, filling ,fixing lid inside , closing-over and bottle-out . It can be equipped with a creepage pump according to clients requirement, and it can be controlled by a mini computer.   Main characteristics of its function :
  • The filling adopts the style of creepage pump it has high filling precision and doesnt leak.
  • It adopts 316L stainless sted as materials , meeting the requirment of GMP.
  • The rolling adopts three-hilted broadsword rolling . without hurting the lid.
