二分器

   二分器是根据标准GB474《煤样的制备方法》中的规定设计的，是缩制煤样工作不可缺少的工具。它由由密封壳体、格槽、接样器、簸箕等组成，不同规格的二分器格槽宽度均为煤样粒度的2.5倍，但不小于5mm，格槽等斜面的坡度不小于60度。主要特点是结构合理，使用方便，具有多点缩分性能，有较强的代表性，可以大大提高制样的效率和质量。适用于煤、矿样或其它不均匀粒状物料的缩分取样。

Two divider is based on the national standard GB474 "method for the preparation of coal sample" in the provisions of design, preparation of coal sample is an indispensable tool to work. It consists of ing, seal groove, a sample receiving device, dustpan etc., two points for the width of each cell of different specifications  2.5 times the maximum particle size of coal sample, but not less than 5mm, lattice groove inclined slope of not less than 60 degrees. The main characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient use, with shrinkage properties of multi point, representative strong, can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of sample preparation. Applicable to coal, ore or other non uniform granular material reduction sampling.
