屋顶防水补漏时的涂料的性能

屋顶防水卷材施工注意事项

1、由于设计要求屋面找坡层按2％坡度放坡，因此卷材铺设时应平行于屋脊自下而上的铺贴，卷材搭缝必须严密，缝口应顺水流方向搭接，其宽度不应小于50mm，上下屋接缝应左右错开250mm，在铺大面积防水卷材之前，应将檐沟，管道口、雨水口处的附加防水布铺好后由屋顶的低处向高处进行大面积的铺贴。

2、屋顶卷材遇到女儿墙时，应将卷材沿墙上卷，高度应低于250mm，然后固定在墙上预埋的木砖和木块上，并用1：3水泥砂浆做坡水。

3、凡管道等伸出屋面的构件必须在屋顶上开孔时，为了防漏水应将卷材向上翻起，抹以水泥砂浆或再盖上镀锌铁皮起挡水作用，泛水高度不超过200mm。

防水材料卷材层应粘结牢固，无空鼓、损伤、滑移，翘边、起泡、皱折等缺陷。防水工程施工完毕后，必须作蓄水试验合格后开始进行下道工序。
