不锈钢高压喷嘴

不锈钢高压喷嘴分为不锈钢高压雾化喷嘴和高压水喷嘴；下面我们先详细介绍下不锈钢高压雾化喷嘴。

不锈钢高压雾化喷嘴有FN和FD两个系列，FN喷嘴内置滤网，喷嘴孔径0.21-1.78mm，在7公斤压力下流量小为 1.72L/H。喷嘴角度60度，FN喷嘴主要用在纺织厂加湿，空调房加湿，烟囱内喷雾冷却，药厂喷雾干燥，垃圾站除臭，喷洒化工原料。FD是FN的更小一号，孔径0.1毫米，内镶嵌陶瓷芯，耐得了上百斤的压力。雾化效果一样。雾化颗粒度60微米。

不锈钢高压水喷嘴主要用在冷却清洗领域，钢厂冷轧，铝板清洗，除磷等。高压喷嘴主要是高压扇形喷嘴，喷雾角度0-65°。使用压力120斤，流量205L/MIN。液体分布均匀，液滴大小中等。MEG高压清洗喷嘴内镶嵌碳化钨，加强耐磨性能，材质以416为主，经过特殊的热处理，延长了喷嘴的使用寿命和控制精准度。
